1. Booking and Payment
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or cash (for in-person bookings).
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a partial fee.
3. Tour Modifications
We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer alternatives or a full refund.
4. Participant Responsibilities
Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by our guides. We are not responsible for personal injuries or loss of property resulting from failure to comply with safety guidelines.
5. Age Restrictions
Some activities (e.g., quad biking) may have age or health restrictions. Please inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
